My name is Rolf Johansson, and I am a freelance web designer based in Burlington, Ontario Canada (that’s just outside of Toronto).

I design and build websites for emerging businesses, educational institutions and large companies. More importantly, I help create websites for people who are excited about the business that they are in.

My clients include (but are not limited to): University of Toronto, Accenta Display Corporation and IMPACT Consulting Inc.

I am fluent in html, xhtml, css. I’m a copywriter and I also dabble in graphic design.

Really… I develop sites from top to bottom, and generally try to make sure that they are standards-compliant and are positioned to dovetail with new technologies that will come along in the future.

I also specialize in working with Expression Engine (for content management). Expression Engine is probably the most flexible, customizable content publishing system out there. Highly recommended.
